ANN ARBOR, MI – The University of Michigan Health Plan will end on Dec. 31. That gives its approximately 64,000 patients almost a full year to prepare for future coverage.
The university announced in December 2024 that the plan, also known as Physicians Health Plan or PHP, would end Dec. 31, 2025.
