All of Planet Fitness’ memberships include access to equipment in a Judgement Free Zone, free fitness training, and classes.
Fitness trainer Shannon DeBoef shows audiences High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises. They are beginner friendly and don’t require equipment to help you get into the grove of things.
