Milind Soman has got to be one of India’s fittest celebrities. Even at age 59, he does not consider skipping workouts to be an option. On Instagram, the actor has often provided us with fitness-related inspiration, and this time he was no exception.
The most recent Instagram post from Milind Soman, who is currently in Norway, included a video that showed a glimpse inside his snowy adventure. Despite being on holiday, the actor continued to maintain his workout routine and was spotted doing pushups in the snowy setting. The moment was captured by Ankita Konwar, his doting wife.
“Refreshing pushups in Tromso. Love to spend the first 5min of every day with some movement! GOOD MORNING PEOPLE!!!!!!" Milind captioned the video shared on Instagram, discussing his morning activities. Additionally, he kept encouraging people to have an optimistic attitude on life and hash-tagged his post with phrases like “keep moving."

Milind has previously set pure fitness goals. Earlier, the 59-year-old wowed audiences with his jogging session at 3 degrees Celsius in Grindelwald, Switzerland. In the video posted to Instagram, the fitness enthusiast was seen running in the bitter cold.
“Sometimes my hands feel colder than my feet when it snows. Don’t know the reason for that yet, maybe my hands are my weakness and I need to work on them more," read his note captioned to the video.

In addition, Milind Soman is a master at providing the ideal motivation for fitness. The actor committed to doing push-ups at “minus 10" degrees Celsius, and his guts and determination allowed him to complete the workout without bothering about the bitter cold.

Prior to that, Milind demonstrated the kind of bar for pull-ups he was looking for while in Mumbai.
“Didn’t find a bar even one day during that time (not this kind of bar anyway) so started pull-ups again with just one, but super slow! 25 seconds up and 30 seconds down; variations are good," he posted the clip on Instagram along with the note.
