ANN ARBOR, MI – Dozens of teachers advocating for more affordable healthcare and better pay, and their supporters, flooded Wednesday’s Ann Arbor School Board meeting, temporarily delaying its start.
Roughly two months after they began speaking up on an expected hike in out-of-pocket healthcare costs, teachers rallied outside the district’s administration building at 3700 Earhart Road Dec. 11, before marching inside.
