The Santa Fe School District Board of Education approved district health insurance rates during its February board meeting.
The district is seeing a six percent increase in its rates. Superintendent Derek Lark says this is the first increase the district is seeing in several years.
Lark also gave a report about the district’s bus inspections, which yielded positive results.
The board then approved the 2025-2026 school calendar, which Lark said similar to this year’s calendar.
