This bootcamp is a great way to become eligible for future internship and employment opportunities with employers who seek job candidates that can code.
This online course was created by and for autistic and neurodivergent folks who want to learn the basics of coding in the programming language Python, emphasizing how autistic and neurodivergent learning differs from standard ways of instruction.
The bootcamp will run from May 27th – August 1st. Classes will be online, led by an autistic instructor, typically with two one-hour weekly sessions.
This resource is free for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent and is interested in learning the basics of Python. The only materials needed are a computer and an internet connection. No experience necessary!
The intended audience for this bootcamp is adults and soon-to-be adults (age 16+). Minors need permission from a parent or legal guardian to apply.
