Partnership with virtual care leader, TimelyCare, offers 24/7 equitable access to well-being resources
LAKEWOOD, CO – (October 9, 2024) – Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) has partnered with TimelyCare, a trusted higher education virtual health and well-being provider, to offer students free and equitable access to mental health support. The partnership is an extension of campus health and counseling center resources, with a goal of improving student well-being, engagement, and retention.
To provide our students with convenient support, RRCC students can access a variety of virtual care options through TimelyCare directly from their phones or devices. This service is free and eliminates the constraints of traditional insurance, ensuring that help is always readily accessible. Available services include:

TimelyCare’s intuitive platform offers unparalleled convenience and immediate access, making it easier than ever for our students to receive on-demand support,” said Dr. Lisa Fowler, RRCC’s Vice President of Student Affairs. “By enhancing our campus resources, TimelyCare ensures that assistance is readily available when students need it most reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and providing a peace of mind for both students and their families.”
The partnership with TimelyCare allows RRCC to deliver a hybrid model of care in collaboration with on- campus resources. Benefits to students include convenient 24/7 mental health care, reduced wait times, diverse provider network, and peace of mind.
