BRANDON, Miss. (WLBT) – The public is invited to participate in a health and wellness fair Saturday at the North Brandon Church of Christ.
The event is free and will offer attendees blood pressure and glucose screenings, mental health awareness programs, medication safety and disposal, vaccine awareness programs, healthy eating education, spiritual and mental health awareness programs, and information on life insurance and health insurance.
“We recognize and understand the importance of health and the significant impact it has on our lives,” said Tim West, the church’s preacher. “We want the community to know that we care about their spiritual, physical, and mental well-being.”
Free first aid kits will be provided (one per family), while supplies last.
The event is from 9 a.m. to noon at North Brandon Church of Christ. The church is located at 1029 Highway 471 in Brandon.
